A commission for the NHS, featuring contributions from: Wormholt School, Jack Tizard School and Cambridge School W12 Installed at the Park View Centre, White City W12, London Halcyon Hotel Group in Bath commissioned me to make several artworks for their new Halcyon apartments. Staged in a beautiful Georgian townhouse, close to all the action, you might as well combine it with a hop into the Roman spa, followed by dinner at Clayton's Kitchen next door.
Thank you Cambridge School White City! You made my first workshop for the You And Me project a fun and memorable occasion, plus we got lots of lovely material to incorporate into the final artwork... well done!
I've been jointly commissioned by the NHS and the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham to create a large-scale artwork for the White City Collaborative Care Centre in White City. The piece, titled You And Me, centres around the meaning of the word 'family' and will incorporate words and drawing from local children, along with my own thoughts and observations, to create a visceral tableau that directly reflects the thoughts and emotions of the community. Personally, the project holds particular significance because of my long-standing relationship with the area, having been a local resident for 15 years. Project will be completed July '14.
Two of Ben's paintings now hang in the lounge at Bath's newest fine-dining restaurant. Book a table at The Porter and sample some of double-Michelin-starred chef, Rob Clayton's delights. find out more at www.theporter.co.uk

![]() Just finished this large canvas for a private client in Queens Park, London. The double-height atrium space has a walkway along one side on first floor level so the artwork can be viewed from loads of angles. Bucket-loads of natural light and white walls gave it a cool gallery feel. 200x300cm . oil on canvas |
